The purpose in writing is to share what worked for the authors. Neither are licensed to practice any profession. Neither Sarah Meredith nor Jessica Meredith is a medical doctor. They claim no formal training in psychology or medicine. As the developer of the BioTurn Therapy Self-Discovery and Self-Healing Techniques, neither Sarah nor Jessica hold a special license in any field. Both Jessica and Sarah offer their information based solely on their skill and what they know, see and feel, which does not replace or substitute for available medical services or alternative health care.

They became experts in self-development through trial and error via The School of Hard Knocks. It's often said that this particular school will "give the test first, then the lesson". Their education was slow, rough, expensive and often painful. However, it gave them what they needed. It made them hungry for a better life. And, above all, it made them seek peace, happiness and put integrity and love first.

Although most of us wish it were not so, self-development is not an overnight process. Anyone who decides to improve their lot in life must expect to invest a lot of time, trust and effort without any guarantee. Self-improvement does not happen by itself. It's work. Sarah and Jessica Meredith are authorities in their techniques; techniques moreover that lead to personal happiness, self-confidence, a fulfilling life and inner-peace. They are not personally there to guide you. Nor, do we know your unique history. The services of a competent licensed professional should be used, when counseling or other expert assistance is required.

In their books, every effort has been made to write and illustrate the steps they use for each technique. Their intention is to make it as clear and easy as possible. However, as with all self-improvement courses, books, teachers, seminars, etc., there is no assurances that you will meet with success. These books were created to provide readers knowledge and sometimes entertainment about the subjects covered. For some reason unknown to the authors, almost all of us are protective about what we feel or have felt. As such, they do not use information given to them in confidence. When they provide an example, it is a composite of the experiences they've had. All names, persons and events are fictional, with the exception of those personal to the authors. As stated under Customer Care: Refunds (1.) Charge in error is almost impossible for us to do as it's an automated system and you will have processed your own order. However, in the event you are charged in error, we will refund the erroneous charge to your card. (2.) If you receive a physically defective book, we will send you a replacement once you have returned the defective one to us. During your call, we will assign a Return Number. In the case of a defective book, we will pay for re-shipment. We do not accept unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to your address. (3.) All sales are final; no cancellations are allowed.(a.) When an order is processed, it goes out the door in a matter of minutes. (b.) We sell information. We are sorry to say that some people try to use bookstore such as ours as a free lending library. (A chain book stores will allow limited returns within 30 days, but only if the appears unread. Reading the book makes it appear used. Even chain book stores will not take it back. We are not a chain book store.) (c.) Our books and service have a greater purpose. See Our Mission. Our books are priced by content. Before we ever published a single book, we decided that each of our books would not contain filler or fluff. We'll not add another 80 to 180 pages of unrelated material to make the book "look" more worth the asking price. The value of all our books is in the content.
